My name is Paulette Snyder (Gilbert), and I'm honored to share a bit about myself with you.

Outside of real estate, I cherish precious moments with my amazing husband, Paul, our children, grandchildren, and our beloved senior dog. Family time is invaluable to me, and I understand the importance of finding a place where you can create lasting memories and feel truly at home.

My career in real estate began humbly, starting as an office coordinator for a prominent firm. Since obtaining my real estate license in 1997, I've poured my heart into helping clients achieve their dreams. I've had the privilege of working alongside some of the finest professionals on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, learning and growing every step of the way.

My involvement with the Gulf Coast Association Board of Realtors has been immensely rewarding, from serving as a director to being honored to serve as the Board President for 2024. Through leadership programs like LeadershipMAR Class of 2019 and serving on MLS boards, I've gained invaluable insights that I bring to every client interaction.

For me, the greatest accomplishment in real estate isn't the awards or accolades—it's seeing my clients reach the closing table. Paulette was outstanding! We had preliminary discussions with another realtor, based in Gulfport, who was very erratic with communication (and area knowledge). We came across Paulette by happenstance and, in our first conversation, we were very impressed. Thereafter, we quickly learned that Paulette is an expert on the local BSL/Diamondhead market. Additionally, through our experience, Paulette was very upfront, honest, timely, and flexible. We provided her with general criteria on what we were looking for, she came back with insightful questions, then helpful feedback, and ultimately found us the perfect place, in a perfect location, well within our budget.Ultimately, I would recommend Paulette to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is proactive and, at least in previous real estate experiences, that is not always the case with many realtors. In reviewing our previous real estate purchases, I can confidently say that Paulette is far and away the best realtor that we have worked with. We absolutely plan to work with Paulette again in the future.

We have worked with Paulette for several family transactions. Paulette is a very business-oriented person that is goal-driven. If there is a buyer out there, she will sell your home! Paulette knows the area, lives in the area, and knows what needs to be done for an easy sales and closing process. She is very proactive and will not leave you hanging! She will keep you on the ball and tell you what you need to do to get your house sold, and that's a good thing. If there is something you need to get done, she will go out of her way to help you get it done. My closing took less time than buying a car. As long as you listen to Paulette, she will get it done. YOU have to do your part, she will do hers. She is the only agent I would consider for buying or selling.

My significant other and myself were in the search for our first home EVER, and as you know right now is not the market for first time home buyers. The bidding wars are insane, the housing prices and sky high and they go under contract as soon as they hit the market. We used Paulette Snyder as our realtor and she is very sweet and very informative! She knows exactly what she is doing, knows what to look out for in houses, keeps you updated 100% of the way, will fight for you, and will do whatever it takes to get things done in a timely manor to make you satisfied and will NOT stop until the closing is complete!
