If you're looking for a tasty latte and a sweet treat, look no further! This coffee shop is super cute. They have a New Orleans flair with free Wi-Fi for those needing to study or work. My favorite latte is definitely the Beignet Latte (hot), with the Buttercream latte (hot) coming in at a close second. The beignets are cooked to order and delicious! Try the minis. They are pizza roll size and they taste amazing.

There are so many things to do in the area and a lot of people forget about our wonderful breweries. Southern Prohibition and Collodium Brewing both offer a great atmosphere with a lot of variety. They have different concepts but are both fantastic in their own unique way. They both have really great names for their brews. Don't forget to stop by and have a pint while in Hattiesburg.

Newk's is one of Hattiesburg's most popular lunch spots for a reason! Whatever you order, it's going to be good. Salads, sandwiches, soups, and pizzas make up the majority of Newk's menu. There are some places you should find a favorite and stick with it. There are some places you can't order wrong. This is the latter.

The latest success story at USM has to be the production of Sister Act, which kicked off Festival South this week. Even though we are used to quality theater in Hattiesburg, this was an exceptional feel good presentation with really quality performers.
